Introducing the Sport Representative of the Student Council!!!

Hi, my name is Ledwin! I am the sport representative of the SPH Sentul PYP student council 2007/2008. I like animals, plants, nature and my hobbies are: sketching, reading and watching the TV. Being a student council member is a lot of fun. We helps the school on making and organizing special events. We have also succeeded on collecting some amount of money on one of our first project which is the choco-gram. There are 11 of us in the student council and we all needed t cooperate together to finish all of our projects. When there were hard things to do, I always remember this motto from our old ex-MYP president and the motto is: "Winners never quit, quitters never win." From that, I have learned to not give up and quit a mission no matter what happens. I will also still try my best to be a good student council member! I know that there will be more challenges ahead, but I will not quit!

Hello everybody!

My name is Zerlinda and I am the President of the PYP Student Council! Being the President isn't all that easy but once you get used to it, it's really fun to do! My jobs in the SC is leading the meeting and creating an article called 'Student of the Week' for the SC board. In meetings, I have to make sure the meeting is under control and no one is left out. To make the 'Student of the Week' article, I have to choose a student from the PYP that stood out from the crowd by doing something worth awarded for. Then, I write about that student and what that student has done. The SC board is updated every two weeks so the PYP students won't get bored with the same articles and two weeks is enough time for the SC to make their articles.

My job is public relation.Public relation people need to tell others about what we gonna do.There are two people from public relation, who are Jordaan and me. Jordaan is my class-mate. When we inform student council programs to others , we need to greet by saying goodmorning or good evening and we need to introduce ourself after that we can introduce the programs.Sometimes other student council help us to tell PYP and teachers.
